Who we are

ModelBench (PlushyAIbench) is operated by RITAC Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy can be sent through our Contact page.

What we collect

Account details: your name and email address.

Content you submit: prompts, comparison results, templates, notes and comments.

Usage data: which features you use, comparison counts and basic device/browser information.

Payment details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout. We never see or store your full card number; we keep your Stripe customer and subscription IDs.

How we use it

To run the service, including sending your prompts to the AI model providers you choose to compare.

To manage your plan, usage limits and billing.

To send service and account emails (for example onboarding and billing notices).

To keep the service secure and to fix problems.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the product for us: our hosting/app platform (Base44), Stripe for payments, email delivery, and the AI model providers that process the prompts you submit.

Anyone you choose to share a comparison or experiment with via a share link or the community library.

Authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to export or delete your account and content through the Contact page; billing records may be kept as required for tax and accounting.

You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

Security

Access to your data is restricted to your account and our administrators. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
