Agreement

By creating an account or using ModelBench (PlushyAIbench), operated by RITAC Solutions LLC, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, attack or overload the service, or try to get around plan limits or access controls.

Do not submit content you are not allowed to share with third-party AI model providers.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and content you submit. You give us permission to process it to provide the service. AI outputs are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate; review them before relying on them.

Plans, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Prices are shown on the Pricing page before you pay.

Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; cancellation stops future renewals.

We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
